When did Ryle have their Spring game?

I am glad to here Cooper is playing in this again. I know the boys have had fun playing down there the last couple of years. Sully likes to go back there I think since he coached for both St Pats and Mason Co. The Jags will be quicker on the wings and I believe will surprise people with some of the JV kids from this year stepping up and playing big roles next year. I think it is great for our boys to get to play in the Fieldhouse and soak up some of that great history.

I thought I saw Andrea's name included in the list in the paper. I agree with you, she can play and has been so valuable to Cooper.

Only four home games. I think a big question will be the line. I agree about good coaches but the boys have to put in the work now and this summer to step up.

Blevins is a great guy and I believe he is ready for the head coach seat. He is a great guy and gets the kids to buy in. It would bring some additional heat to the rivalry between Cooper and Ryle.

Actually I was at that basket and Morgan actually had a had on the ball as they were in the air. I don't want to focus on the refs because there were many instances other than what the officials did or didn't do in a one point game that would have helped both sides. Cooper had this game and they let Holmes back in or Holmes made the plays to win it based on your perspective. Congrats to Holmes and especially Cooper on a season of firsts and keeping the bar set high. Good luck to the Seniors, you will be missed.

I thought both games on Tuesday were pretty well officiated. I wasn't at the games Monday but I don't remember a lot of discussion or harping on calls.

St Henry boys played hard, I will give that. If you think that St Henry imposed their will on Cooper and made the Jags go 0-15 from 3 pt land and shoot what had to be a lousy FT percentage then I need to feel a little better about the game. The fact that Cooper won based on what St Henry did to them is pretty amazing. Thanks for changing my perspective on the game. I will be able to sleep much better.

I think if Noble played Cooper would be finished with their season. However the Jags survive and advance. I can't imagine Holmes is too worried about Cooper now. Hopefully the boys will be able to make a freethrow or a bucket or two Saturday.

Cooper may not win the region but why are you so negative about them and Cooper High School. Your comments about tractors in the other thread really was not called for. As stated by Jester I think you will find that Cooper has a few nice basketball players. Have a nice day.

One thing I've learned from my time on BGP is that CovCath fans and Highlands fans are some of the most sensitive people. They can't stand if everyone isn't won over or agrees with their point.Makes this site fun.

H About what was expected because of rules of the draw. In the 9th you have all good teams playing well at tourney time. It will be a great few days of basketball at BOK center over at NKU.

Conner took some questionable shots for sure. Barker had an air ball from 3 point range and another player tool a rushed shot deep in the corner that had no shot. If Conner would have run clock and made Cooper foul, the Jags would be finished for the season.

Congrats to the Jags. Conner played a great game and should have won. Cooper boys woke up just in the nick of time to somehow pull this out. They need to wake up and be ready to play from the start. I will be interested in seeing how they come out Friday night.

Khsaa web site shows 33rd semifinal game times reversed. Cooper v Conner/Heritage winner at 6:00 and Ryle v Boone at 8:00 on Feb 20. Which one is correct?
