I am glad to see that we have so many worried about us at Boone. Yes people do THINK we are the third wheel and I do hope this continues until we play them. I do believe this is our time now in the district and cant wait to put it on the field. Knotts pitching was going to happen anyway even if Johnson was playing. Joshnson is a good player and we hated to see her not playing this year but we have young talent that can step in and do well. Johnson has been dealing with shoulder issues for a couple of years now and it bothered her alot for me this summer so Knotts had to pitch more this summer as well. She is upset about not playing alot at short but is happy to do what is best for the team. So we hope to see Porky and everyone on BGP at some games this season. Can't wait till March 14th go Lady Rebels.

Boone has been going for a while. Have been missing the basketball players. We have had 8 to 12 every week for about three to four months. We have alot of middle schools kids that will be trying out but have been at practice here and there. We only have one key player that plays bball but she has Been practicing softball weekly.

HHS always are yelling at coaches and players so ot is no surprise to me Hearing they were yelling at tue BC coaches. The way i know it is the ref called For a tome pit for boone but coach fookes did not call a time out amd she was arguing that they did not call a time out when some ignorant fans started yelling for her to sit down and shut up The one thing i can say is Nell takes alot abuse from fans of other teams and we parents will defemd her to the max. As far as cursing i have heard alot of coaches cusing from alot of schools until you coach dont judge

Walton played their game the Boone girls played very well and did what they had to do win. Boone game is going to have to involve good d along with the transition game. Walton just didnt defend very well. It was a good Boone D that shut down Walton's bigs with smaller defenders especially numer 24 she played well down low on D for Boone. Macy Ford play a good game with D amd 19 points and number 24 added 11 points

Boone County will be at PL Dunbar on Saturday

I do know that they will be very fast up and down the court. They do not alot of height in the middle but will ne able to shot from outside very well
