Would love to see him in an offense where he can take better shots from the perimeter, I think his percentage would be much better. Really liked the freshman Cobe Penny as well, will be fun to watch him the next few years.

2015 and a little under 6'. He played well against Frankfort, took a good amount of shots though. Gets into the lane well, good vision and passing ability and is a streaky shooter. He's very good in transition

Perry also lost without Beverly, and while I don't think he makes up 27 points he makes it a much closer game throughout. Dunbar at 16 is more than reasonable with how they've played recently. Haven't been healthy all year and are currently missing Sr. G P.J. Corio. Still managed to beat Manual by double digits in Louisville this past weekend. Agree on everything else though.

IMO if you're just going off of their play this season and how their team is doing. I'd go: 1. Jalen Perry 2. Dwayne Sutton (Averaging 24/11+ at least he was last week) 3. Camron Justice 4. David Simmons 5. Aric Holman 6. Dorian Henry I highly doubt there is any way we don't see Ray or Beetle on the final list though.

I'll mention a couple on here that most nobody has said. I've been on this kid for a while as he plays at my alma mater. 2016 F Kevin Kirby (Waggener) showed the complete package as a 3 in the championship game for KY Heat yesterday, grabbed 20 boards and played with a lot of energy. The other kid is 6'4 2016 G Eli Wright of Apollo the kid has all the physical tools and has improved a good bit since I last saw him in late January. Was seemingly the best player on the court in the 4th quarter for the WKY Sonics when they played Hoop Dreams 15s. He is a kid who needs to be mentioned with Braxton, Q, Malik and Carson

Over Madison Central? I don't think it's hands down by any means

J-Town started out 0-4 without Moe Hendricks or Brandon Johnson, maybe the two best players on the team. And they only got their football players back thee days before their first game. In all likelihood Hendricks will score 20 most games. Daniel Williams is their best shooter and he's played better with Hendricks returning. Khalid Minor, Omar Ndiaye and Mikal Howard will be their interior guys.

His driving game is ok, and he can shot well enough from 3 to stretch out the defense. But like I said he really needs to get a couple post moves as he is strong enough to get position in the paint.

This isn't going to get talked about since X lost. But boy is Alex Jones good, he plays so smart and smooth. Scores in a lot of ways and nearly threw down a one-handed alley-oop that was overthrown (he hit it off the back of the rim).

They've beaten all the other Owensboro teams haven't they? I think Apollo should have slowed the game down, they had way to many turnovers and Fairdale killed them in transition. The Apollo big men never got into the game at all.

Yes, his jump shot is looking great, once he becomes more confident in his ability to drive and incorporates a post move or two he'd be unstoppable at the high school level

They match up well with Ballard though. I'm comfortable in saying Jackson could guard Martin and that they could get the ball out of Quentin's hands fairly well. Main difference is Ballard has way more depth.

Butler started off real slow and could never recover. Demetrius McReynolds had 28 and 9. But the real story was Kelan Martin's 33 points and Quentin Snider's 31. Martin also had 17 rebounds, Butler had no answer for him.

Getting Moe Hendricks back has been big. He's a go to scorer and has very deep range on his shot.

The 6th and 7th will only get better as the season progresses. Young teams like Doss will get better and teams like Jeffersontown will get all their pieces working together. Should be exciting

I tend to agree, Butler was scouting at the Cathedral game and I imagine they'll do some of what Cathedral did to Ballard.

I wouldn't be so quick to count out Butler. They match up very well with everybody except Kelan Martin. And the already proved they could overcome a height disadvantage by beating PRP, who is much bigger overall than Ballard. Should be a good game.
