Conner 38 Cooper 21
Nobody thought the Dixie game would be close either. Conner was not focused that night, did not respect their opponent, and lost the game. A team should never go into a fight and not respect their opponents ablity, I promise, it rarely turns out good.

They cant take anyone for granted.. It is silly to go into a game thinking that you are going to whip someone, always have to respect your opponent. If not, it will bite you.

It was a simple question. I'm always classy.. I took etiquette classes when I was younger, I even learned what the little fork is for during a formal dinner. How did you get access to game film so soon? Doesn't the Cooper head coach frown on his players getting on here and posting non stop?

I didn't call anyone a loser.. Just becasue you lost the game, doesn't make you a loser.. There is a difference.. I believe Conner has Ryle at home..

Boone County(1-6)/Simon Kenton(6-1) Predictions
Boone County is not good. SK is good. Barring any major, earth shifting, changes by Boone Co. I take SK in this one by at least 3 scores.

I didn't bring it up buddy.. Another poster did, and my immediate reply was "who cares" then again, someone told me I had no class.. And as far as it being the other way around, you hit the nail on the head.. The skirts never did show us bench warmers, and towel boys much love..

You love to call people out on their level of "class".. You are funny. You are right, who cares who the cheerleaders hang out with. In my opinion cheerleaders are annoying, and have no impact on the game of football. I wasn't interested in them as high school player, a college player, and I still feel the same way as an adult. I have always been attracted to the girls who played sports. Wait? Was that statemen "classless" too? If Morris really does have a torn meniscus in his knee, that is a shame, and is greatly going to effect Cooper moving forward. #31 is going to have to carry a heavy load the rest of the way..

Until Cooper takes its first loss, all you hear is how Cooper's head coach has worked miracles, how amazing he is, what a great coach, How Cooper is going to shock 5A and make a deep run in the playoffs etc.. They loose, and now there is a lynch mob after his staff, and Cooper will "never" win a playoff game.. That is a shame to hear, but I expected it.

Highlands schedule in 2013
I think Highlands and Bowling Green would be quite an interesting matchup.. Im sure some BG folks would love to get shot at the Birds..

That is doubtful. I'm assuming this is some sort of "Oh well, you beat us, but we took your girls" attempt to stir the pot. I know personally, I would have cared less if cheerleaders were hanging out with people from the team we just beat. That shows me they aren't interested in a winner, thus, I would have nothing to do with them.

You were very clear that you don't care who the flag was thrown on.. I got it the first time, no need to repeat it. The point is there was no penalty committed by either team, thus the reason the officials didn't throw a flag. You seem to be having a difficult time grasping that concept. Again, you are cracking me up. Classless? There is nothing classless about a team not taking a knee to show in your words "respect".. Now if they were cheering, and high fiving, that would be classless. They huddled on the numbers, like your supposed to, got water, and waited for the kid to walk off the field. That is pretty standard operating procedure in my book. Sent from my Samsung Galaxy Epic using Forum Runner- Conner 38 Cooper 21
You are laughable tonight.. Win with style? What's your thought on the bush league move by Cooper coming onto Conner's side of the field to run through the cheerleaders? Was that "coming onto the field with style"? Or did you miss that? Sent from my Samsung Galaxy Epic using Forum Runner- Conner 38 Cooper 21
Someone is a little testy tonight.. Calm down buddy, a flag wasn't thrown because there really wasn't a penalty committed. The kids helmet wasn't ripped off under a pile, there wasn't even a pile, the kid was standing up.. The pushing and shoving was quickly stopped, nobody was kicked. And your point about player safety.. The helmet needs to be strapped on tight, so it doesn't come off. Your team got beat, no reason to insinuate that Conner was dirty.. Agree with queen of pink here. I think the Cooper players coming to the Conner side of the field to run through the cheerleaders was total bush league. That move was uncalled for the and definitely didn't work.. I would expect to hear things about the officiating from the Cooper faithful, because their team got beat. Conner has never been a dirty team, and wasn't tonight. They played physical and aggressive. They not only beat Cooper on the score board, but they beat them up with their play. The Cooper boys will be sore tomorrow. Sent from my Samsung Galaxy Epic using Forum Runner- Conner 38 Cooper 21
There were no flags thrown because what you mentioned is not what happened. I'll explain it as clearly as it happened.. Nobody kicked anyone.. If two players both kicked someone in the head they would have been thrown out of the game. Yes there was some pushing and shoving, initiated by Cooper, I will add, but there were no punches thrown, and most certainly no kicks.. I had a clear line of sight to the incident, because I was standing in the bleachers on the Conner side of the field. It happened right in front of me. And that "score" that you are scratching your head over.. The Cooper player's knee was down before he reached the ball towards the goal line. They got that call right. At first I thought they may have called a fumble, but his knee was clearly down before the ball crossed the goal line, and before it came out. Conner's offensive and defensive lines played fantastic tonight. Controlled the line of scrimmage. Cooper did not have an answer for Barker or Fogle. Fogle again, had another huge night. Three touchdowns, and two interceptions. Showed his speed on TD runs of 60 and 40 yards, once he gets in the open he's gone. #31 and #7 for Cooper played good games as well. #8 was a non factor. Conner showed a lot of emotion tonight, and proved that they can stop a good offense. They were gang tackling, swarming to the ball. Great win for Conner, They beat a good Cooper team. Let's put the "Cooper is the better team" talks to bed. They were out matched and outplayed tonight. Sent from my Samsung Galaxy Epic using Forum Runner- Cooper / Conner predictions
