  1. Same can be said in this poll since Scott has beaten Mason, Harrison, and Pendleton and is ranked behind all three. Augusta has lost to St. Patrick and ranked ahead of them.
  2. 10 is stretch. 7 to 8 realistically. 1-2. Montgomery, Clark 3-7 Brossart, Scott, Campbell, Harrison, Pendleton. 8 Mason
  3. Have the region pairings for this years state tournament been released yet?
  4. My only comment on this thread is about the $8 beers. Every stadium in the country sells beer at or above this price. I hear the same thing at Riverbend every summer. People complaining about a $7.50 beer (that is actually 8 more ounces than those at PBS or GABP) most cities sell it at a higher price. Sorry irrelevant to the topic but something that gets on my nerves around here. Saw an article once that said the three drunkest cities in America were St. Louis, Milwaukee, and Cincinnati. Maybe thats why people complain.
  5. They missed him. This game should not have been as close as it was. Clay Co. had opportunities to keep this a double digit lead all game. Fardo was uncontested on the Perimeter to keep Brossart in it.
  6. Scott had won the previous 7 meetings. These two meet again Jan. 9.
  7. Great game to gage the region since we've yet to see Clark and Montgomery play the other region contenders. We've seen matchups with Scott, Harrison, Mason, and Pendleton. Nice to see other regional matchups. Schedules get interesting as we hit the new year.
  8. I'm not overly thrilled with either of the 2 trades the Reds have made, but I'm not upset either. I do like how they are trying to make moves to win now. Seems the Reds have liked Marshall since Griffey was here. Weren't they rumored in a swap a few times? I would still like to see Cordero back and Marshall set him up or even spot him at times.
  9. Pretty good debate here. Better than most Boise threads. Touche to all.
  10. Left side of the bracket has Trinity, North Hardin, Simon Kenton, Fayette Co. GA, Lakota West OH, Houston High TN, Central, St. Xavier, Lafayette. Right side has Scott, Pulaski Co; North Oldham, Lex Cath, Fleming Co; Franklin Co; Moore, Bedford NH, John Hardin, Glasgow, Henry Clay.
  11. Boise not deserving? Are you kidding? They've beaten every team from a BCS conference that they've played since Peterson has been there. The list includes Oregon, Virginia Tech, Georgia, and Oklahoma. Their only loss this year came to TCU. TCU won the ROSE BOWL last year and finished 18th this year. Had they been 16th they would have been in the BCS this year. If Boise wins that game they are playing for the national championship vs LSU and thats a fact.
