They were some tough calls each way but nothing that was a game changer. Officiating was pretty even and consistent.

The timeout occured with 8.3 seconds left, not 24. Brossart brought the ball up the floor, it appeared Code was kneeling, looking in the direction of the assistant coaches then jumped up attempting to call a timeout. He had to get in Official Eric Thornsberry's face for him to hear the timeout call, a few seconds passed from the moment Coach Code began signalling for the timeout before it was granted. Campbell County's staff and fans knew immediately that Brossart was out and began calling for the technical foul. Brossart led 37-30 and lost 46-40.

Crim averages about 4 pts a game. His minutes have increased over the past two weeks.

Brossart can't guard athletic guys with some size. Very good player but best player in the region period is little much.

Scott was easily the more talented team and shot themselves in the foot with silly turnovers. I would say it was closer to Scott winning by 20 rather than Highlands winning if we go with what should have happened. But as it was it was neither and the better team won by 8 points in a hard fought game.

The drawing for the top 3 seeds was this afternoon as there was a three way tie in seeding between Scott, Brossart, and Campbell County. 4 Silver Grove will play 5 Calvary Christian. The winner will play 1 Scott. 2 Campbell County will play 3 Bishop Brossart.

Jtown is actually in the 6th Region now.

They picked up their 16th win tonight which is the most since they won 18 games in 2004. They won 22 in 2002.
