  1. Crush? Really??? I don't think so. While T enjoyed a "win" in that particular scrimmage, it was just that...A scrimmage. Very vanilla defense/offense, trying to figure out their identity...Both teams. There would be no crushing by either team. BUT, would likely be a very entertaining game. I am guessing, just guessing, that this game will become a reality in the coming years.
  2. HHS by a bunch. Just too talented for this years Cov Cath team.
  3. Good win regardless. Great job JV Birds!!
  4. Another close one. Nice job CC!
  5. What a game!! Thanks for the updates Birdsfan!! That was great!
  6. Thought about going to this one....Should have!!
  7. Really...That is impressive. What D1 schools are looking at them?
  8. Drew does a great job managing the team. A little "jittery" to start last nights game but who wasn't? Very nice player. Gonna be a good one. Smart kid too. A couple of nice throws....Nice pick and run too!! Go Birds...Beat Raiders!
  9. Many. Quite a few opt for NCC. Many would be valuable contributors to an already great program.
  10. Great questions....Must be a "secret" formula, because nobody seems to know. Have been talking with people, past and present football parents, and nobody has the answer.
  11. Campbell Co has Boone (tonight), Cooper and Conner left. I hear, not sure if it is accurate, that CC and CCH have the next best records and if they each finish with 1 loss, they do not play each other, then a coin flip will determine who will play HHS (if HHS takes care of their business).
  12. Nice observation! I agree. Will want to get the ball in his hands though. He runs/works hard.
  13. Go watch the junior league's. That is the future...right?
  14. Yeah...Wow! For all those that have tix, including me, I am afraid it could be a short series.
  15. Lets not forget Hergott too. He really played hard....Heck, they all did!! Props to the baby birds!! Go Birds...Beat Raiders!
  16. You talking offense or defense? If you are talking defense, 86 for HHS wore CCH out. Harris did a much better job in the second half on defense. Wrobleski and Hays ran, lights out....need to hold onto the ball. Schweitzer, had a sold game.
  17. Really? Hmmm. Seriously? Wow...There were many! Must have been focusing on those few.
  18. If not an excuse than why mention it? Cov Cath had all season to prepare....Have you seen their scores? Played their ones against Ryle in a blow out to get ready for HHS??? All the chatter....No excuse's, this is going to be a very good HHS class. Cov Cath should have a nice team as well. Dressman is a tough and talented kid. Really showed up to play. Props to both teams and the Coach's (particularly the HHS Frosh) for their effort tonight. I will say that it was nice to see the frosh "one's" for more than a half. The HHS D line was absolutely dominant in the 2nd half. Props to Schweitzer, Hope and True....Can't forget Merkel as well. Harris did a nice job in the second half at "spy" as well. Go Birds...Beat Raiders!
  19. Sunset is scheduled for 7:13 tomorrow night. Go Birds....Beat Colonels!
  20. That is a great question....Who comprises the east and the west? Why doesn't each team play the same teams?
  21. Yep..that must have been it... Go Birds....Beat Colonels!
  22. Looking forward to Wednesday. Should be a great game! Go Birds....Beat Colonels!
