I am happy to see Estill having success! I am glad they are back doing what they do best.

They had a really good freshman class last year and had 16 freshman on the roster. This year I only see 10 sophomores listed. I hope that class doesn't continue to dwindle because I think they have some real potential.

I think Bath is better than they showed against Fleming but Russell is the real deal. Even without Conley, I don't think Bath can beat them. They might keep it interesting for a little bit though.

Exactly, most people don't know of the first touch rule. Alot of times the kicking team will just touch the ball and not pick it up after a punt. I saw our team return one for a TD after that happened and the other Coach went ballistic.

Doesn't suprise me. Fleming beat them 47-0 a few weeks back.

It is a nice place to play. Nice Bermuda surface and good atmosphere. I like the train car sitting by the field and the train horn they sound off when they score.

They had an 8th grade team this year but not a 7th.

You guys don't give Russell enough credit. I don't think they would "definitely" lose to Boyle.

Final district game for both teams. Senior night for the Panthers.

Fleming County locks up 2nd place in the district with this win.

West wins big. Pendleton is improved but West is solid on defense and has too much speed on offense.

I think Fleming is getting back some of the players that missed the West Carter game. They need everyone healthy for the home stretch.

Hard to believe Russell is not in the top 15.

Big district implications in this game. If Fleming County wins they will be 2nd in the district. If Bath wins, it could come down to a tie breaker again. I am going with the Panthers at home.

Big win for the Panthers! Russell physically roughed them up last week! I think I counted 7 guys in jeans on the sideline. I know the Facebook page said they started 4 new kids on defense this week due to injuries. Big win to keep them in the hunt for a home playoff game! West Carter played their tails off! I was impressed with their team.

Might be the same story for both teams! I think this could be a good game. The question will be if West can shut down Fleming's offense like Russell did.

They are one of the best defensive teams I have seen in a long time. Their overall team speed and aggressiveness was very impressive. I have watched high school football for years (including state championship teams) and their defense is as good as any I have seen. I know people don't think of Fleming County as a power house, but they have a solid offense this year. Russell completely took them out of their game. If they can continue to improve on offense they will be a contender this year. The bad thing for them is they will have to play Belfry in the regional finals. I watched Boyle play Danville and was no where near as impressed with them as Russell. Also, Ashland scored 1 time on them late in the game. Not sure how Russell struggled with their athletes.

I have to go with Bath County in this one. I think they have more team speed.

I think they were going to be down regardless of who the coach was. Talent level is low in upper classes. Freshman group is solid. There are more kids on the roster this year than in the past so not really sure that kids didn't play because of the coaching change but there is clearly still animosity towards Coach Graham being gone.

Who gets their second district win? Fleming comes in after an embarrassing showing against Russell and West Carter is coming off a win over Bath County. Will this be a repeat of last year's beat down by West Carter or does Fleming County get back on track?

Fleming losing 14 Waller early in the game and 26 Clark late in the game are huge for this team. I hope they are not seriously hurt and will return soon.

Your receivers made great catches tonight. The TD catch by 10 where he went over 15 from Fleming and then tipped ball that was caught on your sideline were huge catches.
