Really? New Cath by 7 (With Cohorn out0, SK with a last minute drive to win by I believe 3, Ryle was shut out in the second half and Dixie almost pulled that one off on the last drive. Cov Cath by less than a touchdown ( without Pike much of the second half with the shoulder injury ) I give hats off to SK and the way Chad played in the Dixie game. Especially the last drive to win that game. But let's not forget one thing about that drive. If Cohorn doesn't get called for a late hit on the SK reciever on fourth down, Dixie wins that game.

If Goose Cohorn and Juwan Evans got more minutes on the floor they would be scoring more. This year they are primarily role players. Cohorn shoots the ball really well when he gets into the flow of the game. And he's a good defender.

Why would he even consider that? Is he going to take Goose Cohorn with him? Cohorn is one of the top recievers in Nky. Plus with Bruns in the backfield and most of the offensive line returning? And if Peterson ends up at Dixie? Dixie is the team to beat in 6A in Nky this year. With or without Peterson.

On a serious note here. Who is Ryle's QB this year?

Cohorn is away from the team somewhat during the summer for football visits from what i hear. I know Hassel is with the team all summer. Maybe that plays a part in Chevy's decision. Walter maybe you know more than I do. Either way, it's hard to replace Trammell, and it does move a couple players around. Either Goose or Evans starts. I would think that Hatton stays at the 2 guard for sure.

That's right. Drop to 4A for a few years, then maybe to 3A for a few. Whatever it takes.

I agree with you with Evans guarding Stewart at times. Same with Cohorn on Crowley when Hassell was on the bench. Dixie even had Bruns on the floor for defensive purposes. That's where Dixie has a slight advantage over most if not all the teams in the ninth.

Pike on Towles, Stansberry and Stewart should be a good one. I don't see coach Chevy putting Trammell on Crowley. I see him using Hassell and Cohorn on him. Cohorn is stronger and it could make it tough on Crowley He's a stong defender and Hassell is long. Trammell is just one problem for Highlands, who is goimg to stop Hatton?
