So if a candidate leaves after one year of being hired to help change a program around without being fired or run-off (Schlarman) for another job. Then is that considered a good choice and Hire? Seems to me that the only one's being penalized are the student athletes.

As stated before in a previous post, there have been many people stating that Lickert is the front runner for the position and even saying that he is. Also, there is a rumor going around that if an opening comes available at his dream job he would leave in an instant.

Mark Perry is the best choice by far, the front runner made the comment in his interview that he would leave in an instance. If you were comparing apples to apples, you would have to take the ones from from Washington County.

The word in the county is that the most qualified coach will not be hired, because the people on the committe are not even qualified in the knowledge of Football.

Wait a minute, this game was scheduled. So I guess Boone would have to cancel possibly more games. Bottom line Cravens will be happy, same reason he backed out of the NCC agreement.

I will bet that Cravens will not reschedule, since he took NCC and Highlands off his scheduled, why play Boone now?

The KHSAA should make them all the same. 1 and 2 should only play only in the final.

Varsity won, but his JV and Freshmen Programs are weak. A School System that large needs to do better than they are in building the program.

I guess Brossart will get a State Championship before Campbell County. Anything can happen, that is why they play the game. The should have a Public and Catholic School State Championship, just like the all A.

OC offense stats are unreal, this game will be a shootout. NC is no slouch either. High scoring game, I think that OC beats NC by 14.

So I guess if you contacted Central Office, they must have some kind of guilt for failure to perform their duties of support for the Students.

Shelly Wilson is the reason Scott Code got let go, so she had better show up, and Mr Strong good for him. Next time you see him ask about the Asst. Coach that was let go form coaching but still has their job teaching in the School System, oh never mind he is one of his followers that came with him from Pendleton? Boots, you can not miss her, she look like Ms. Piggy and I am sure she will be sitting with Baby Huey.

Quit sugar coating for the Administration, there are eight plus employess that make over 100,000 grand year at Central Office. If they can not take time out to go to an Athletic Event than shame of them. The Prncipal Ms. Boots rarely attends anything extra curricular besides football. Did Strong and Wilson attend the Girl's Softball Districts, I doubt it? Strong I heard finallly showed up at the State Track Meet last year to watch the girls's win the State, before that he was not at one meet, and I was told the Ms Boots has never attended a track meet. We are talking State Champions and no Principal was there. Does she attend the State Wrestling meet? What other Athletic Events has she showed her face? Support your students is more than sitting in your office each day and not interacting with your Students in all of their events. Ask her daughters, how many Quick Recall matches she has come to see her daughters perform. This is pathetic when you can not even support your own kids, so why support your Student Athletes?

So when the Administration goes and pick what sports they will watch and shake what senior hands they want on senior night, you do not think that someone cares? The Administration is paid to attend those games by the Contract that they have. I agree facilities are needed but, support needs to be for all organizations, not what they choose to support. All programs need to be treated fairly.

Why do I need to apologize to the Administration for speaking the truth? Did they apologize for not showing up to a kids Senior Night and shaking their hand? Does one School Board Member attend any Athletic events, oh yeah at Beechwood? Did the Administration apologize when they let coaches go that still should have their jobs and kept the coaches that should of have been gone a long time ago? Merry Christmas!

Get rid of the Administration, the Superindtendent, and some of the current board members and Campbell County will go a long way. One board member kids go to Beechwood, remember who voted her in. Another board member does not even make 1/3 of the meetings, the Superintendent is joke, and the High School Principal is as pathetic as they come. Ask her how many times has she watch the sports prgrams and the same goes for Strong. They might show up at a big game or meet, but for the most part they are no where to be found. Ask them what Senior Nights they attended and shook the hands of the athletes. Coach Styer did a good job, but there was some issues with disipline over the years, he had some coaches that were good coaches and some that were awful. He was put into a situation when he took the job and has poured a foundation to help get the ship moving again. Hopefully they can get someone that has no ties with the County and really make it a great program. As for name calling, calling me a joke is fine, I can take it. But you know that I speak the truth.

I would like to see who applies for the job. The Administration is joke, they only attend for the most part Football games. Ask them about the other sports, maybe they show up Senior night, maybe not, but come on, there other Athletes who put the Blood and Sweat into their performance. Getting a good coach here will be hard, even harder to keep. Coach Styer stepped up and bailed out the old Principal. The only way to keep a qualified coach is to hire new Administrators. They are building new facilities, but that money has been there for years, do not let Baby Huey and Miss Piggy tell you that it is their work to get these facilities under way, I believe that since the New High School has been put on hold, they have to use these funds or lose them.
