Top 5 Players in N KY:
I dont understand how you can say the better teams have betetr scorers? Boone got beat by St. Henry, New Cath,??? Why dont you throw those teams in there if all you want to talk about is Boone County. I think the Region is wide open this year and i think that any team in the Region is capable of sweeping a upset. On the Other hand i think that Hatton will be D1 when he leaves high school and i truly believe he will be top 5 in the STATE! The kid plays with such a swagger and atttitude that you dont see many seniors with, i think Hatton is going to score 30ppg his senior year

I have no idea where you are getting your stats from! He averages 18.4 pts a game. Thanks for trying Mr. Statistic.

Top 5 Players in N KY:
Were talking about the TOP PLAYERS! The ones who can score and can score and are the best ball players, and who can score on the top teams. Dont get me wrong the Reiger kid is a great player you could throw him in the Top 15 somewhere but i wouldnt say the TOP 10. And O'Conner is a good player but he doesnt impress me at all. I might sound crazy putting an 8th grader in the top 15 but the kid improves every single game. He's sinking in his shoes and is becoming more and more comffertable each game. Look for him to go off again when they play Holy Cross on Saturday.

Top 5 Players in N KY:
 Can you please tell me what your talking about. Last time I checked 5th is higher in the standings than 11th. I didnt think I needed to put his real name because for one, who else in Northern Kentucky do people call JJ? To the answer of your question I do think Jeramiah Johnson(JJ) is better than Hatton....6 places better!:ohbrother:

2010 9th Region
This past summer he played summer ball with Coach Myerhoff and to my knowledge he didn't pitch at all so I'm not too sure if he'll pitch for the Tigers this year. Depends on if Myerhoff has saw something different in him I guess.

2010 9th Region
I guess it just depends on Myerhoff. From what i've been told he hasnt been pitching at all in winter workouts with the Bluegrass Chiefs.

Top 5 Players in N KY:
I've seen Dixie play several times this year, Hatton and Pike score in the high teens or 20's every single game. I saw Hatton score 34 with ease SK and i saw Pike score 28 with ease against Cambell Co. I think Popp is a great guard but i guess him always being the back up to Gabbard turns some heads. Dont get me wrong he is an awesome ball player and so is McLeish, but on a Scoring note i would say that Hatton has the edge on these two.

Top 5 Players in N KY:
I hear he has a tremendous upside but when i saw him play against holmes he turned the ball over and took some poor shots. This top 15 are the best scoring threats, and basketball players in NKY

JJ Johnson Top 10 6. Grant Pangallo 7.Brady Jolly 8.Zeke Pike 9. Jake Giesler 10. Kellen Smith Top 15 11.Brandon Hatton 12. Ryan Popp 13. Mitch McLiesh 14.Andy Earls 15.Casey Sorrell

Dixie Heights 77 Simon Kenton 63 (OT)
Not going to happen, He's gonna be at Dixie for his High School Career.

Dixie Heights 77 Simon Kenton 63 (OT)
I believe your wrong! Maturity, Age, Growth, Acedemics, and Comfort of Friends is the reasons why i think most parents do it. People only see the athletes who are held back and are successful. There is kids daily who walk the Halls of local High Schools who have been RETAINED!

Dixie Heights 77 Simon Kenton 63 (OT)
:thumb: I dont think he is done growing. Boys generally grow until their sophomore year or maybe later depending on the kid. I think he could get to about 6'2" or 6'3". I dont think he will get to 6'6" though. He's only 5'11" now so that would be a major growth spurt. But I hope nothing but good news for the kid. If he gets to 6'2" or 6'3" im a believer in thinking he can go to a major basketball college.

Dixie Heights 77 Simon Kenton 63 (OT)
He's 5'11" and yeah he's a shooting guard.

Dixie Heights 77 Simon Kenton 63 (OT)
This kid doesnt even compare to an 8th grader. He's the real deal and he dropped 34 with ease last night. He was the best scorer on the floor hands down, When Hatton, Pike, and Trammel are on the Floor this team is gonna be able to put up some number. Congrats Dixie:dancingpa

NKY Top 10: Week 6
Oh jeez. Sorry I didnt see that score. Why Highlands at number 2 in most polls? Didnt Newport take care of Highlands... and Boone... and Bryan Station. NCC has 4 losses and Newport has 3 losses. I know NCC beat Newport by 8 but Newports wins are more impressive than NCC's IMO.

Simon Kenton Vs. Dixie Heights (1/15)
I totally agree! The talent on this team comes from the underclassmen, Hatton and Pike. I think Dixie pulls it out by 10
