Probably could make a case for Newport to be higher, but overall not too bad.

Switch Boone and HHS. Switch CCH and Brossart.

After Newport's win over Boone last night, I'd go with the following top 5:

I think this list is fine. I don't think I'd drop Brossart any lower as they beat both HHS and CCH. I think HHS does have the potential to be better than Boone, but not just yet. I'd look to add Scott (tough schedule) to this list though I've not seen Ryle and Conner yet.

The CC I was referring to was Campbell County. Now I saw that Boone lost to Newport? Looks like it is wide open and rankings mean nothing!

Highlands beat Newcath by 14....I don't see how you could have them any lower than #3?

Looking at their remaining games, Boone has atleast 2 more losses coming IMO (not counting post season).

 

If Boone only loses two more, they will enter the district tournament with only one more loss than they had last year. They will win their district, and after that, it will depend on the draw. They may only have to win one tough game to get to the regional final again.

I think 2-5 might be pretty interchangeable at this point. All have a similar number of losses. However, Boone did lose to NCC and Newport. Boone and Highlands have not played yet. Highlands did lose to Newport (regardless of who played), and didn't NCC defeat Newport?
