I could not agree with you more, if some of the other players can step up, then that will take some of the pressure off of Lauren. Last year when the Lady Eagles drew St. Pat as their first round regional opponent, the whole team stepped it up last year and was able to get the first round win against a very tough and highly favored St. Pat's team. Hopefully, this year that will be the case as well.

Very surprised by the score. But, it sounds like Brossart hung tough and pulled out the win. It just goes to show you come tournament time anything can happen. You just never know. Good luck to the Lady Eagles in regional tournament..

No need for apolgies at all. I have only gotten to see Beasley play a few times, and she was always fun to watch. And I was just wondering if maybe she was going to play basketball in college.

So, Beasley is not playing basketball in college, is that correct?

Last year's senior class was pretty awesome as well.

I think this is going to be a battle, but I am going to give Campbell the edge by 2.

As a Lady Eagle fan, I would love nothing better than to see Campbell and Scott go at it. Even though Scott advanced last year to the regional tournament, Campbell County has beat Scott the last 2 years in districts. GO EAGLES.

You know unfortunately, I was not at the game, but in past games I have seen against Scott and Campbell, watching Tibbs and Peters go at it has always been fun to watch. I am not sure what the size difference is between the 2. Depending on how the coin toss turns out, Scott and Campbell may play each other again come district time. Good luck to both teams the rest of the season.

I am wondering if the reason she did not get it only a quarter of the time was due to their starting point guard being injured. Just a thought.

Who are the 2 key starters? I know that one is Kelsey, the point guard, but I am not sure who the other one is. Any time table on when Kelsey will be coming back.

I don't know the final score, and I am sure there will be a separate post but Scott won by 17 tonight.

I believe the way they have it is the Scott Boys play SK at SK. And the Scott girls play SK at Scott. Both teams will play at the same time. And yes, that is dumb. Why not have the Scott girls and boys play back to back at either SK or Scott. I know after the Scott girls game, I think Highlands girls play Conner at Scott.

And I am going to pick SK to win, not sure by how much. I believe that SK has a few more weapons than Scott does.

I believe the game is at Scott tonight at 6.

If I recall last year's game SK vs Scott, I thought it was one of the Figgins girls that was on Tibbs. Could be wrong, maybe it was both Brown and one of the Figgins girl's. My memory is not the greatest.

I would have to agree as well way way too many weapons for Scott to handle.

No doubt about that Kelsey is a true point guard.

Glad to hear that Taylor Stinson is having a good year. Hopefully that will continue, because as the season progresses, it will definitely take more than one person to win games.

And really that is what matters. Lauren is very nice young lady, and whatever she choses to do in life, I am sure she will do great. I wish Lauren nothing but the best.
