Not sure but I would say that Hall and Meyer probably havent gone up against such a tenacious defender in Ryan Williams his quickness, low center of gravity, and excellent footwork creates tons of problems for opposing teams that is how the Cards put it to Clay Co. they got into them early and got them down and GRC never looked back!

I agree Franklin is a very good defensive team and GRC has there moments where they pick up the pressure and force alot of turnovers this is usually where they start to pull away and take control of the game if GRC comes out playing good hard defense early in the game then I look for the Cards to have control of this game all night and really put it to FC.

I find this very weird and this really shows the greed of some people of taking a great local event of great HS basketball and really messing it up. What about the elderly, disabled, less fortunate or just people that dont want to make the trip what are they supposed to do to keep up with there teams? I find this ridiculous and sent an email questioning these actions!

Also any game when GRC has traveled to Mason they have brought there fair share of students and fans at the game the other night when Mason traveled to Winchester I didn't spot 10 students from Mason!

He is thin but deceivingly so he is very strong and I have played with Robert many times I am a big guy at about 6'5" 315 and Robert can hold his own in the paint being very good at boxing out and using his quickness against another players size! Welcome to BGP grccardinal1976!

Hatton is weak??? have you ever seen Hatton play? He is one of the more physical defenders who isn't afraid to get up on you and play hard nose defense! I'll say GRC by 11 I kno it's a little more than most think but GRC plays well against top teams and I have a good feeling about this one!

The school is right around the 1700 mark and for the amount of students at the games you have to admit they are still pretty loud and get at the other team frequently especially when that team is shooting at the basket on the end where the students stand I really feel that the number of students has dropped but the passion is still there and that is why they are a solid student section! These teams play Friday night at GRC. GRC (20-4) comes in off two good wins over Mason Co. and Clay Co. Lafayette (9-14) comes off a loss to Henry Clay. What are your thoughts for the game?

I just don't think you can compare the two situations to that extent. I agree I would take Robbie in a FT shooting contest any day I'm not going to say I know what it feels like because I've never been in that situation but I would think playing in front of 22,000 would put the pressure on a little bit more than 2,000!

Well I am gonna say this just because you have 20 TO's a game that doesnt mean you can't beat a good team! Just look at the UK vs Florida game!!!

Especially since Mason suffered two losses in one week! I also find it hard that with Mason having two losses in the last week how they only dropped 4 spots and still in the top 10:confused::confused:

I'm not sure about that you have to think Calathes was doing it in front of 22,000 screaming fans Robbie did it in front 2,000 I am glad Calathes missed them but not sure you can make the same comparison.

The only significant win I see is a W over a Madison Central team that beat GRC early in the season! With this win it really shows GRC played hard and isn't gonna lay down just because of a few injuries!
