Tonight Bishop Brossart will host NCC. Tonights game is their "Hits for Chicks" game. Please come out and show your support for these two teams playing tonight for a great cause. All proceeds will go to benefit Breast Cancer.

It was a very long Saturday for all involved. Brossart went 4-2 starting the day at 6:45 and leaving the gym at 10:30. The girls were lead by Jr OH Felicity Britt but it was an entire team effort. Congrats girls! We are very proud of you!!

Good Luck Scott! I would love to see them pull off a huge upset!

IMO these two teams will be in the regional final.

Taylor Snyder is so fun to watch. I too agree that she could likely be the best player in the region. My vote is still that Campbell County will pull it off, but NCC will be a close second.

Game winning point for NCC was a kill in front of the 10 ft line by sophomore middle Maggie O'Day. It was a very exciting game! Good job to both teams.

Was last night the turn around game for Highlands? They may be able to pull it off. However Simon Kenton is playing really well right now so I am going to go SK in two. The new Coach at SK, Andrea, is doing a really great job with that team. There is so much un-tapped talent there.

Congrats to the Birds! I thought it would be a much closer match.

Sounds like, besides the normal powerhouses it could be anybodys game.

Correction.....Highlands also lost two defensive players who were injured on and off most of the season.

Ok! Got it! Agreed! :thumb: She or any coach can only coach the girl's to the best of their ability and they have to apply it.

Dumb errors or not you have to give Lloyd props for beating a usually strong Highlands team. Not to mention most of Highlands girls play in the off season.

Correction...It is O'Conner that I was talking about, however both girls are very talented.

Scotts defense and serve receive are slightly weak. However, if they just get the ball up and to Tibbs, chances are she is getting a kill. And she puts up a "wall" of a block. They are a very exciting team to watch. I hope to be able to see them again this season.

Thanks for the information breadwinner. I had no idea. That is great news. Hopefully this info gets out to all the parents of young kids. I know I will be telling people about it.

Connor, Bellevue, and technically Notre Dame? Lots of changes. Should be an interesting season. I don't know of any teams progress either. IMO Boone and Beechwood are in good hands. Christina and Jessie are great girls with high ambitions for these teams. They both have a lot of passion for the game and I expect to see great things unfold in their coming years.
