VBMOM Posted July 29, 2009 Posted July 29, 2009 Thought I would share, one interesting point, while SK did not make the top 25 in state, but they appear to be in the Top 5 for the 9th Region??? Highlands 17. Campbell County 19. Newport Central Catholic Makes you wonder now doesn't it!
carguy Posted July 29, 2009 Posted July 29, 2009 Looks like the KVCA just hit copy and paste from last year. Way too early anyway. This was at the bottom of the regional poll... Regional Polls voted on by KVCA member coaches. Coaches voted for their school’s region only. ** Polls conducted and distributed by the Kentucky Volleyball Coaches Association - http://www.KVCA.org - But, then where is Scott in that Top 5 poll?
BigDP Posted July 29, 2009 Posted July 29, 2009 Not to bring up the end of the season before it starts, however, attached is the 2009 State Tournament Bracket in case anyone is interested. http://www.khsaa.org/volleyball/2009/statebracket2009.pdf Region 6 - Mercy, Presentation, Butler, Lou. Looking forward to a great season!!!
Beechnut Posted July 30, 2009 Posted July 30, 2009 How many Northern KY teams are under new coaches? Have we heard anything from their camps? How are they looking?
bredwinner Posted July 30, 2009 Posted July 30, 2009 How many Northern KY teams are under new coaches? Have we heard anything from their camps? How are they looking? NCC, SK, Highlands, Brossart, Boone, Beechwood, Dixie?.(There may be more) I'm not sure of the progress of each team.

vballcoach Posted July 30, 2009 Posted July 30, 2009 (edited) Connor, Bellevue, and technically Notre Dame? Lots of changes. Should be an interesting season. I don't know of any teams progress either. IMO Boone and Beechwood are in good hands. Christina and Jessie are great girls with high ambitions for these teams. They both have a lot of passion for the game and I expect to see great things unfold in their coming years. How many Northern KY teams are under new coaches? Have we heard anything from their camps? EQUUS GREVYI Posted July 30, 2009 Posted July 30, 2009 This is very interesting. You would think that by reputation alone, NCC would be higher than 19? They did lose just a little with graduation but I imagine will still be better than 19th in the state.
Dlbdonn Posted July 31, 2009 Posted July 31, 2009 They did lose just a little with graduation but I imagine will still be better than 19th in the state. Just a little but knowing the players that they have returning .Way better .They have to mature a little thats all .
