For all those who picked PCC over PC in round one, I hope you come to the game. It will be held at Pulaski Co. High and kickoff is set for 7:30. I can assure you PC's boys will be ready for this one.. I know a couple of kids who are just plain sick of the lack of respect that PC gets and I sure hope they go out and play like all Maroon fans know they can. If that happens PC rolls big!! As far as upset goes McCreary Central by 3.

you might want to watch the film again franchise.. not being rude but the only starter out was rock's beast of a running back and the only reason they took him out was because he was winded after a long runhe returned a play or 2 later! 33 wasn't out except when he got his helmet knocked off.. 4 or 5 times and the #63 kid got hurt late in game or was bleeding something..that was only time they were out of the game..

To improve this season, the Maroons will need to start games with the intensity that tey ended games with towards the end of the 08 season. I also believe they should keep playing hard nose smash mouth football on both sides of the ball, this should help the Maroons continue with their success into the upcoming years.

Outsmarted? Outcoached? What did they do that required Pulaski to think? Nothing! They played old school football with the power running game! Nothing new there! And outcoaching is not the case either Pulaski had been greatly prepared all week prior to the Rockcastle game, they just did not execute properly.

No offense to anyone on here but I dont understand how you can say Pulaski was out hit and out of shape.. Pulaski had a few kids who cramped up and all of a sudden they're out of shape.. Nearly all players went on both sides of the ball and from what I saw they played pretty much the entire game.. Rockcastle was the team who called time outs to give some of their players oxygen..imo the Maroons were in pretty good shape! And out hitting was definately not the case. Rock and PC matched pretty evenly I thought when one time had a good play the other team returned with a good play(hit). If you take out a punt that travels 10 yards before being caught and returned for a touchdown or the punt that grazed one of PC's players feet this one would have had a different outcome... not to take anything away from Rock bc they played their butts off but whoever said Pulaski was out hit and out of shape sure wasn't watching the same game as me...

Blake is very humble guy, he works hard and is getting better.. played against him last season and he was a hoss...i seen him at eku camp recently and he's slimming down and looks alot quicker...

The Maroons are working hard right now, most of the team is running track and lifting daily(boys track team is undefeated so far) however, the ones that aren't running track are going through speed and weight training! From what i can see as long as the Maroons keep up their hard work and continue to be a hungry team they have great capabilities. I think they are returning 7 starters on offense and about 7 starters on defense. This team should be a team to watch!
