What happened that caused the coaches to resign? Surely they planned on coaching or they would've resigned this past summer.

True, but I was commenting on the quotation in bold where 8th reg warrior stated Male would be preseason #1 . Most years the end ranking is much different than the preseason rankings (which mean nothing).

Male will be ranked #1 in their region, but #1 in the State? If Elizabethtown isn't ranked #1 in the State, then I'll be shocked. No one can guard Boley and she does have some good players around her.

I think Eastern will surprise some people this year, especially adding the Ballard transfer to their roster.

Too early to predict an order, but the teams listed in this thread are the best in their regions. The real question is what kids worked the hardest over the summer and improved their skills. What kids had a growth spurt that will impact their team. Kids that improve their game can play a big impact on how much better their team will be in the upcoming season. The next couple of years will be fun to watch in the 6th and 7th region because there's tons of talent at all grade levels. Lot's of young players with serious upside potential.

There's only one team that can challenge E'town in the 5th and that's E'town.

It is legal for the student to initiate conversations by contacting them first. They can converse if the student contacts them.

I won't be naïve and say it doesn't go on, but I'm not privy to it if it is. I think it goes on in all sports at ALL schools regardless of public or private.

He does have some good players to work with at CAL. One that impressed my last year was Emma Wesley.

The Ballard transfer definitely helps out at the guard position for Eastern. They will be a team to be considered in the top three of the region. 1. Male 2/3. Manual/Eastern 4. Sacred Heart 5. CAL

Do they have a head Coach yet? They are turning into the Oakland Raiders with a new coach every year.

This would be a good topic of a new thread. It's been discussed many times before, but what the heck our politicians bring things up over and over again until they get the desired result. Might as well hash this out again.

I Hmmm.....is that what last year's State Championship team did? Stack the talent in their favor? Indiana has what you're suggesting and it seems to be working for them.
