I wondered why Sacred Heart is playing Highlands at Thomas More on Dec 1st. Now I know why. That should be a good game for both programs to start the year.

Coaches can be in there running drills just as long as anyone that wants to play is invited and participates.

Which is why its E'towns Championship to lose. They are hands down the best, but you are correct that they can possible lose just like last year. How about this....they have the highest percentage chance of winning the state title this year.

Tryouts? Many teams are practicing as long as it is open to all students. What a loop hole if you ask me.

Is this 2015/2016 team better than last years team? They lost some very good players from last year's team due to graduation.

Mercy is a favorite team of mine because of how hard the coaches get those girls to play. They give maximum effort every minute of the game. I've witnessed many games where they win on guts and guts alone. I won't count them out, but based on talent they will come up short in the 6th region. Prayers to Anderson.

Yes she did. Kentucky Premier teams performed very well at the exposure event in TN. Lot's of talent on the floor representing the state of Kentucky.

Some really good match ups the first week of the season. Here are some of the marquis games that I see: Nov 30th: Mercy at Eastern Oldham County at Fern Creek Dec 1st: Sacred Heart at Highlands Butler at Male Allen County Scottsville at South Warren

There's only three teams that most likely will contend for the 6th region crown. Bullitt East Butler North Bullitt

I'm neither a Male or Trinity fan, but this thread is good for a laugh. If you think about it the regular season really doesn't mean a whole lot much like basketball. The real prize is winning a state title. Too many times I've seen a blowout in the regular season and the other team come back in the playoffs knocking the supposedly superior team out of the championship. Male can relish the regular season win, but I wouldn't be surprised if Trinity knocks Male off if they meet again. Go Crimsons!
