I know the dorms have power as I am staying in one. But they are afraid that tree limbs will fall on students walking to class, so that's why they have canceled classes for Thursday and Friday.

I go here to EKU and we currently have power. I'm not sure if the games have been canceled yet, but i would say they could get moved to Thursday due to ice here now and the expected snow tomorrow.

Henry Co. has to play their A game to win this one.

I'm not sure I would say that Gilley is a great athletic director or coach. He is average at best. But he is a great person!

This is going to be a great game and cant wait to watch it! How healthy is Maddox? I will take Henry Co by 7 in a close, hard fought game.

Not really anymore than there usually are in a high school game. Both teams had terrible shooting nights. Great win for HC. Carrol Co. has a really good team. These two teams are making noise in the 31st district thought to be favored by Owen or Gallatin. It would not surprise me if either team won the district.

Henry Co. is playing really well right now. Ill have to go with HC over Walton-Verona 62-57.

This was a great game! It was back and fourth the whole way. It looked as tho Owen was going to win but Gamble missed 1 of 2 free throws at the closing seconds and Henry went down the court and found Steven Tillet wide open for the winning 3 with 1.9 seconds left. Great win for HC! Does anybody have stats for this game?

Carroll Co. wins 66-59

Without Maddox, this team wouldnt be as good as they are. Gallatin looked really young last night and that inexperience could lose some games for them that they shouldnt. Henry just doesnt have anybody who can score consistently. I really thought #4 Spud Baldwin played good last night. He is going to be really good.

Sounds like you are making excuses, but good win for HC. Whenever the kids who played football start playing like they should, HC will be a lot better! Who was hurt for Henry?

Sounds like your pretty close to the HC program. Now dont quote me on this, but i have heard rumours that Coach Holland would be stepping down at the end of this year. Im not sure if this is true or not but i would be surprised if he did. HC could win a lot of games with their schedule!

Great game for the wildcats! Looks like coach Holland got his boys ready for the first game after a couple tough scrimmages. Wasnt there for the game, so how did the game go?

I'll take Trimble by 10. Henry just doesnt have enough scorers to go along with Hinkel. It's going to be a long year for HC.

Im not sure if he is going anywhere yet. But i know he can. He has the biggest heart of any kid i have ever seen! He is very talented.

No im sure he wont be, but he could. He can play any where. Im sure he will play centerfield and he is also the number 1 pitcher. Tommy Wilson will have to pitch this year because there arent that many pitchers. The other pitchers will be young, so after Palmer and Wilson, Henry will have to pitch anybody who can.

Yes they did. Taylor Boone moved to Shelby Co. He had started shortstop for Henry Co since he was in 8th grade. I wish him luck over there. There are several kids that will be coming out for baseball who havent played in previous years, so i think Boone moving wont hurt Henry as bad as i thought it would.
