That sounds like a move the administration at GCHS would make and that would be the final drop of water needed to flush that program completely down the sewer.

I must disagree, the 93 team played with 6'7" Cole Indestead and 4 guards, two or three of them could jump out of the gym and all of them could run and we still played "fist, flex, old way, new way and it all boiled down to same way, SLOW. Thats why Russell beat them in the first round of the District, that team should have been 20 points better than Russell.

Greenup Co. also had one of the most talented teams in the early to mid 80's with Mike Scott, Boo Williams, Mark Fuller, Andy Garvin. There was a lot of talent that went through that school that I feel was not used to it's full potential including the 93 team and the 97 - 99 teams.

Heard this morning that there was some more un-rest on the Greenup squad after the Rose Hill game. Heard another junior was unhappy with playing time and quit the team. Any word?

I know in the past some kids will come out in the spring that haven't played much or since grade school just to see if they like it. I also think it is a more relaxed atmosphere where kids can have a lot of fun and still learn.

I heard Rose Hill brought in a ringer from northern Ohio and are paying big bucks just to coach pitchers.

I've also heard that Greenup Co. may be doing some work to their field. Any news on that?

Baker 18 points, Middleton 19 and I think Adkins was in double figures also. Close game early, Greenup pulled away a little in the 3rd and 4th quaters.

Look for Zornes to get tossed tonight. He will have Selby play rough to intimidate GC but these kids are getting tougher. Zornes will also try to intimidate refs. and young coaching staff of GC. GC by 4

What's going on with GC football has everyone kissed and made up?
