If I understand correctly Leatherbee, O'hara, Brown, Connor play for the Kings. Helmer, Maddox, Holicher are Colonels Adkins is a Chief Should make for some great baseball action over the summer. Connor/Pangallo at NCC will turn a nice quick DP Will we see Helmer/O'hara and Leatherbee at Ryle? would be sweet! Does Brown and Adkins have solid guys to work with?

NONE, keep it real guys. Good players. And who cares, DI,DII,DIII if you've ever gone to a few games and watch NKU, TMC, X, UC not whole heck of alot of difference. A few more arms maybe???? X and UC won't even play NKU or TMC for that very reason!

I don't think there is a dominant shortstop this year. Yes there are a bunch of guys that can pick it; Leatherby/Ryle Helmer/Ryle Connor/NCC ?????/SK Maddox/Gallatin Holocher/CovCath Adkins/Scott who did I miss? all are good but is one that much better than the other???? Probably not.

sure he would have. Do you think that he played over there so he could be seen by U of Ky Coaches?? Heck I know the Ky Kings play 3/4 at Uof Ky. Coaches and scouts find the players they're looking for it's their job! It usually the misinformed parents that cause the problems. There is not enough good arms in Nky to create your "super nky team".

the bottom line is the "system" has failed the 1 of the 2 best teams and worked for 1 of 2 teams that would never see the regional tournemant. This gives a new meaning to March madness, oops I mean Feb madness hahaha quit whinning and go play people.

What are the obvious reasons besides the Ky Kings, Bluegrass and Colonels all having a 20 man roster? All 3 teams have excellent resumes when looking at the amount of players they've moved on to college. Amerge would only hurt the players???

Pangallo is a tough kid and in great shape. Good ahead and disrespect his size!! He'll have a good time if they gaurd him tight in the open floor!!! He'll have 20 assists to Geisler when Beechwood's center has to pull to help stop him!!!!:ylsuper:

If NCC get's in a runnin' game with Beechwood Pangallo, Connor, and Lipscomb might get 20 each!!!! I'd say they only slow it down to wait for the big guy!!! It'd be an exciting game if they got to runnin' but NCC won't let that happen. It'll be a great game anyway it goes.

Coach Brannen did a great job vs. Newport and has his team playing well right now. I have to agree with nkyboy1487 in saying that NCC's guard play and 3 pt shooters give them to much strength! NCC by single digits!

Darnell had 19 pts. 10 rebounds great night indeed. My point is that NCC will be better prepared and will not take the floor so "confident" but with respect for the opponent. NCC is a better team than Newport and will come out on top without taking the game for granted as they obviously did 2 weeks ago.
