What makes those kids any more special than any other kids ? Judging from your response, you must be a parent to one of the players. And you get on a public forum to question your coaches decision. Thats really nice of you parent.

Cumberland has come a long way in 3 years. As a basketball fan, its good to see kids play as hard as the Redskins. Some of us appreciate what they have done there. Old School you are pretty hard on the team after 4 games.

Sounds like you are questioning the coach's. I got to check the HDE on the internet and seen where coach Edwards said that Leisge was a lil rusty and Wilson was in early foul trouble. The bench is what got them the win at Middlesoro when 2 starters were out. You knew Harlan was going to come out fired up. Great win for Cumberland!

Was this staff part of the 13th region championship team?

Most schools in the 13th are not strangers of having players that's not from that area. At least they were not taken from any schools in the 13th. I don't think there is any secret why Cumberland's coaching staff doesn't get the credit they deserve, and why Johnson and Wilson are always talked about like they are from another planet. I don't think harlan would have been as good in the 90's if Charles Thomas would have stayed in Cumberland. I could name a lot more if I wanted it to. I just like to see good basketball and I think that Cumberland plays hard. It's sad that people would like to take that away from that coaching staff. But, as I said it's no secret why.

Those coaches must do a real good job to be able to win 3 road games without there starting point guard. I seen the Corbin vs Middlesboro game and I to believe that Middlesboro is a top 5 team. But, they did play those games at home.

Is that still a rivalry the way it used to be. (Harlan vs Cumberland)
