I think the only way he doesn't go to UK for a year or so is if he gets drafted really high. I wonder where ranks nationally as a high school prospect.
The kid needs to suck it up. Life isn't a cake walk and he doesn't want to be the type of person that just runs away from his problems. I think BCG can turn him into a better player. Sometimes tough love is needed. A coach needs to be able to remind his players that they aren't as good as they think they are and not feed their egos. I really hope he decides to stay, but if he doesn't I wish him the best of luck.
With the schedule they played this year in the SEC it shouldn't be a surprise that they aren't in the National Championship, the SEC is just that good from top to bottom. If he can recruit some of that SEC speed to Michigan then The OSU better be a little scared, because we all saw how they played against Florida last year.
He is the reason they are set back two years, he wouldn't do anything with these players. If he had stayed around any longer who knows how long we would have been set back. If you can be happy with 20 wins a year and a second round loss every year than he was the right man for the job, but most UK fans won't and shouldn't settle for that.
Our only hope is to play a four guard system. Bradley needs to be relieved of his point guard duties, Stevenson needs to ride the pine and Crawford needs to get his act together. This season could get ugly if changes aren't made. I know it is extremely early and the Freshman are only going to get better, but where are the leaders on this team? Who is going to step up and do something?
