He did save some companies and make them stronger, much like Obama did with GM (I think they are number 1 this year aren't they?) The fact that he is comparing Romney's business resume with Obama's is funny.
January 9, 201214 yr Now how can you say there was a net job loss? If the companies were struggling can you say for sure that those jobs would have been around? If so, for how long? How were the assets that were sold used? Did those sold assets play a part in creating new jobs? How many? You and I helped save GM. The difference is that Obama used my money and Romney didn't. All good points. Some companies are in such bad shape that jobs have to be cut in order for the rest of the jobs being saved.

He came in MA with a deficit of 3 billion. By 2004 the state had a 700 million dollar surplus. He left office in 2007 and still had a surplus. Unemployment dropped while he was in office, taxes were lowered, spending cuts happened among other things. You'll have to do research. I just got that bit of info on wiki. I don't know that either of them hold strong libertarian positions. Romney's policies would put individualism on a higher pedistal than Obama's. Obama has made it clear that he would like the federal gov't to be stronger. He would prefer social equality over individual freedom. Basics and fundamentals such as these are what makes the two different.

January 10, 201214 yr Author New Hampshire's 1st in the Nation Primary is tonight....The real intriguing thing to watch is who comes in 2nd. Romney has 1st wrapped up, but it will be interesting to see if Paul, Santorum, or Huntsman comes in second.
