He's an adult and deserves whatever the fallout of this whole ordeal ends up being.

I'm sorry, but anytime any of these student/teacher sex stories start coming out, if the student (guy or gal) is 17-18, they know full well what they're doing, and are just as responsible as the teacher. I get tired of people claiming them as victims all the time, when in reality, they're just the ones that are living out the fantasy of almost every high school age student.
