Same way I feel about it. Whole different ballgame between throwing passes in high school and throwing passes against SEC defenses. I'd love for him to get the red shirt year to help adjust. Eventually he's going to have to deal with it, but a year to get stronger and throw passes against UK's starting D in practice would help the adjustment.

 

If he has to play next year to help UK, then so be it. Given the grumbling about Joker from UK fans, if Joker thinks Pat can help UK win, he won't redshirt Pat. I can guarantee folks this: if Pat has to play next year, no one will work harder on and off the field to be prepared.

If anyone can step in and adjust to the speed of the SEC game it will be PT. I cant wait to watch him on Saturdays, it will give us Wildcat fans HOPE !!!
