Who you got? I can't wait for this one. It will be my first night out to see the 'Stangs. Plus, its always good to catch up with the Highlands folks. I'm sure the Code's will agree.

I like Brossart by 15, especially with Highlands' football guys still not in basketball shape. They will play in this one though, correct?

Hard to say but at this point is have to say Brossart considering its their Super Bowl scheduled in early December every year. Stangs kids have had a ball in their hand sincera baseball season ended for some and it has never left-hand the hand of a few like Saunders. trentmans and Jennings. Considering our football guys aré rusty I will chalk this one up as a good game to get experience and get better. Brosssart is very good and big.

Doesn't Highlands play Dixie tomorrow night (12/13)? Let's see how they fare vs. the top ranked team in N.Ky before making any predictions in a game not scheduled until Friday.

I've not seen either team this year, but have to go with Brossart in a slug fest. They have been tested already and Highlands is just getting ready for the season to start.

Highlands might have a chance at home unless Brossart brings their 10 Region refs with them.:lol:

Not sure that this would be considered a 'super bowl' for Brossart. I'd say they get more excited over camp co, NCC or Scott. I also think a trip to the all A state is on their annual list of important events. That being said, coach Code works at Highlands and he will make sure his team comes ready to play. It is usually a great game of NKAC D2 opponents.

I do think Brossart has beaten Highlands 4 out of the last 5 years though.

Wasnt the case in last year's JV game and crushed is a big word. Keep scheduling the Birds a week after their state championship game and your chances of winning will be higher in percentage.

It means the game means a heckuva lot more to Brossart than it does Highlands and you don't honestly think playing Highlands this early in the season is not advantageous to the Stangs? Like i said before your guys play Hoops all year round and thats great. I wish more Highlands kids Did but they dont. These kids have had 4 practices and 2 games and 3 footballers who will be counted on heavily this year havent practiced yet. Im just saying play the game and dont setup Bgp polls and make prediction threads about a game 5 days away.

No offense, but don't flatter yourself. Highlands is no more important to Brossart than St. Henry, Holmes, etc.

Not really much confidence in your 'Birds Q?? Already making multiple excuses days before the game?? Another that thinks Highlands in hoops is just another NKAC Division II game to Brossart. Feel free to make more than what it is if you must--The Code teaching at Highlands angle is interesting, but really...... BB's Super Bowl?? NCC, Campbell, Scott, the All A maybe??

 

Actually when BB won the All "A" State in 2007 it was Super Bowl day. :thumb:
