Now that I think of it, the last time Highlands was important on BB's Schedule was when Willy first took the job @ Highlands?

It means the game means a heckuva lot more to Brossart than it does Highlands and you don't honestly think playing Highlands this early in the season is not advantageous to the Stangs? Like i said before your guys play Hoops all year round and thats great. I wish more Highlands kids Did but they dont. These kids have had 4 practices and 2 games and 3 footballers who will be counted on heavily this year havent practiced yet. Im just saying play the game and dont setup Bgp polls and make prediction threads about a game 5 days away.

Q. The Highlands game is Brossarts next game, seems appropriate that a prediction thread be made. Since Brossart has won 4 out of the last 5, I hope they get one for the thumb.:thumb::lol:

First of all, it's Brossart's next game. Second of all, it's a poll on BGP, let's not act like Brossart's having a pep rally and having a pre-game parade.

You guys all need to relax. Everyone knows this is a big game and the Birds aré competetive so they want to win just as bad as the Stangs. I also know your fans will travel Well making Its a Fun experience for the kids playing the game. Excuses? I think mine aré pretty legit when Its comes to pointing out the reality that the majority of our talent didnt pick up a ball until last week. I am not trying to say this shouldnt be a big game on your schedule because anybody that puts on a Highlands uniform in any sport knows that they also have a bullseye on their back.

 

We look at the next 30 days as formal practices. Once the kids start adjusting their muscle memory to the sport and become better conditioned then we will be fine.

 

Should be fun to see How the Stangs adjust to the new style of play the Birds have deployed. I hope they have their running shoes this friday.

Brossart sees it a couple of times per year from Scott. Should be business as usual as they try to slow it down and keep pace that they are comfortable with.

Birds get crushed in both these games easily. Highlands is nobodys "super-bowl" anymore in B-Ball.

 

Still is in Park Hills. Our second favorite team is playing in this one (whoever is playing Highlands) . I think the Birds will make this a very competitive game. They are almost always tough at home. I predict Brossart will win but not in a blowout.
