Alex Mattingly led the Tigers to victory as he completed 10 of 12 passes for 159 yards and one touchdown. He really has developed into a stellar quareterback able to beat you with his arm or his legs. His passing tonight was on target and he threw many beautiful strikes against the Mlae defense.

I agree, Mattingly is an excellent QB! Both passing and running, top shelf.

14-3 at the half and I felt we were lucky to be close, X had several penalties on them. 2nd half it was over quick, X scored and squib a hard kick off and it bounces off us and goes 10 yards back to X. Our kids played hard and never quit.

I met OX/Chipper before the game and had a wonderful time, two very nice guys, Tony Danza couldn't locate her. I guess I'm done until the spring, Oh, I spoke with a Trinity coach at the half, real good guy, he said Male had a nice freshman kicker.

Good Luck to all the teams and lets pray for no injuries.

Both Clipper and I were very glad we got to meet and talk with you also, Larry. I think we found out that we know a lot of the same people. :thumb:

By the way, if you wanted to meet Tony Danza, you needed to take an elevator ride. You know how those famous celebrities are always securely stashed in high places.

Ox, how has Karl Roessler been playing? I was very impressed with him when I saw the Trinity game earlier this year.

No surprise here.

Karl has been doing a bang-up job for the Tigers, CR. He is extremely effective at rushing the passer from a 5-technique, and holds up well against double teams when the opposition tries to run at him. Roessler is blessed with both strength and quickness. I would definitely rate him as our best defensive lineman, and thankfully he has one more year yet to go. Sadly, most of his grade school teammates from an outstanding St. Patrick's Toy Bowl team are populating your Rock roster.

I am sorry that I was unable to come find you. I had a family obligation that came up so I was only there until mid second quarter.

Nice one Ox! :lol::lol:

OX, I tried to get in there but someone threw water at me and told me to SCAT! :idunno:

If that occurred, Larry, then you must have been getting very close to TD's personal skybox location. Obviously the Tigertown celeb security force mistakenly thought that you were another one of those National Inquirer-type reporters threatening Tony Danza's privacy. I'm sorry, I forgot to give you the secret password. :sssh:  :sssh:

Well OX I went to the sky box with Tony's name on it. :idunno:

AL

Congrat to you and yours on the season.

They got to play in the 2nd round - and there are a whole lot of teams that cannot say that. Too bad they had to come up against the X men. They are really coming along. Some on here predicted that X would have a losing season - but not the way it turned out. Too bad they were in your way.

The Dawg's are young and rebuilding and all know they will be back.

I really like the young kicker they have. I predict great things for him.

Have a great off-season.

Thanks Jim, its been a very fun year, and even grasping to a 14-3 half time score is reaching. Kid wants to go kick at Bama ...this year!

Bama could use him this year. I have grandaughter who wants to go to Bama, too. She also is a Freshman soccer player and can kick some field goals.
