And I'll answer that I've been out that late without drinking tons of times. People shouldn't project their own college experience onto someone they don't know. Its my understanding that the "slightly intoxicated" information was only reported by WLEX from unnamed sources. That's VERY weak reporting IMO. And what does "slightly" intoxicated mean anyway?

November 14, 201114 yr I just don't think that Jones had an obligation to "stay at the scene" of the accident. If he wasn't injured and had been drinking, what would every other 20 year old kid do? Leave the scene so dad won't find out, and in this case, "dad'' is Coach Cal. :ylsuper: I don't know of anyone that would leave the scene of an accident that they were in (Driver or Passenger) unless they had something to hide...

Because I wasn't asking him that question I was asking MJ. I saw the post. It doesn't really matter either way. No sure why their friends car would have anything to do with this discussion.
