Another easy game for the Bengals!

Yep.

If the Bengals defense and Dalton comes ready to play, I think they win.

Can't make any big turnovers. They have to win the field position battle. A win here could put the Bengals in the drivers seat for the wildcard spot at the worst. Who would have the the Steelers would be the team with the must win against the Bengals.

There are still a lot of people questioning the Bengals. This game will tell us a lot about those questions/concerns.

Should be a good game. I really have no idea how good these teams are or aren't. They haven't played anybody. Pittsburgh is 1-2 against teams over .500. The Bengals are 1-1 against teams over .500.

 

I think it is a big game for both teams. From a mental standpoint, I think it would be a big validation for the Bengals to beat the team that has ruled the division and should give them some real confidence going forward. You also don't want to lose to a division rival on your home field.

 

For Pittsburgh, a loss would put them at 0-3 in the division and two games behind both Baltimore and Cincy in the loss column.

 

The Bengals have a tough road to hoe the rest of the way with 4 games against Pitt and Baltimore and a home game against Houston. On the flipside, they sit at 6-2 and with all those divisional games remaining, they control their own destiny.

There are still a lot of people questioning the Bengals. This game will tell us a lot about those questions/concerns.

 

History definitely makes it easier to believe in Pittsburgh.

Win streak ends this weekend. Pitts really hands it to the Bengals 31-17.

Must win for the Bengals if they are to get to the playoffs. They can not afford to lose at home to the Steelers. This win gives them a 2 game lead over the Steelers for second place and wild card. They need the win to prove to themselves they are legit and can play with anyone. A loss at home to the Steelers could have bad consequences for the team's psyche.

Bengals should have Gresham, Rey Rey, and Pacman back this week!
