Must win for the Bengals if they are to get to the playoffs. They can not afford to lose at home to the Steelers. This win gives them a 2 game lead over the Steelers for second place and wild card. They need the win to prove to themselves they are legit and can play with anyone. A loss at home to the Steelers could have bad consequences for the team's psyche.

Going to 6 and 3 could hurt the team's psyche? If this team's psyche was going to get hurt, it would have been hurt after losing to a bad Denver teams with a few of the better starters out. It's a young team with a bunch of guys use to winning, even if they lost I don't think it would hurt their psyche that much. If anything it would just motivate them even more to go out to Baltimore and beat them the next week.

It should be a fun game to watch, I can't wait to be there! The Bengals need to keep doing what they have all year, which is play great defense, control the field position and TOP, and limit turnovers. They have done that all year, if they keep that up then I like their chances! Who dey!!

Disagree with it being a must win for the Bengals. If it's a must win for anyone then it is the Steelers. The Bengals still have some very winnable games and 10 wins probably gets them into the playoffs.

No doubt. However lets not forget that the Steelers do have one more loss than the Bengals already. So even if the Bengals lost this game, they are not in horrible shape. Not to mention they still get to play the Steelers again, and honestly usually do better in Pittsburgh than they do at home. If Pittsburgh lost that puts them at 4 losses, and 3 losses within the division.

Rookie QBs vs LeBeau: 1-12 record, a 52%, 7 TD/15 INT

Could be the defining game today. I will say nobody expected the Bengals to be in 1st place much less even having a 6-2 record, should be exciting. WHO DEY!!

The talking heads keep talking about the Bengals like that, but none of them are mentioning that about the Steelers.
