Thanks for the offer, i appreciate it. I would love to see this game, but I will be watching my Pirates battle Lawrence Co. Another time...

Understand, but if it gets out of hand, come on over.

RAMS, I believe that you have some UNFINISHED BUSINESS IN PIKEVILLE..........

DO YOUR JOB !!!

21-20

20-21

Either way you write it, we still lost!!!!!! Focus and play team ball for 48 minutes. Do not take one play off, it may be the one that beats you,

Clear eyes, full hearts can't lose!

I know that we (raceland) want to win and fiercely compete to have some closure to the tragic night of September 2nd. But I want no one reading this thread to lose sight of how compassionate and caring Pikeville's coaches and community have been to us since that night. First of all, coaches were at the hospital and Pikeville has been in contact with not only our school and football program but the family involved and they continue to receive cards and letters. Now, in this day of trash talking and ill-spiritness, it is time to hear about the good people and the kindness that is in human kind. I can't explain how bad I want our boys to compete and win tomorrow night but I already feel like a winner knowing there are opponents out there that share our spirit of brotherhood and goodwill. Without sounding corny, I love the people of Pikeville and cannot wait to see you guys tomorrow night.

Just leave it all on the field Rams.... We know you want a win but if you leave it all there, play every play, as already stated, Do not let one play go by that you are not playing your hardest. Then us in the Ram Nation will be proud of you no matter the outcome. May God give you each the strength and determination you need. God Be with the Elkins Family and the rest of our team and coaches.

Sidelinedoc, Thank you for posting this. There are far more good people in high school sports than the bad and it seems all that gets told is the very few bad instances. Pikeville obviously are good people and a class act.

So,from this old Raceland Rambler........Thank you to Pikeville coches, players, school and fans for your kindness and caring on that very tragic night for Raceland fans, coaches and players. Yiour words and actions are appreciated. :thumb::thumb:

All the pep talks from all of us clowns have been stated and restated. Rams.....leave it all on the field.
