Congratulations to both teams. I think that Raceland just wanted it more. Playing philosophies are quite different and the weaknesses that exposed by that type of play has been shown from Varsity level all the way through the middle school levels. I am very proud of how well we responded to the quick scores we gave Russell. Tyler Nethercutt and Marcus Reed both played well in the skill levels as seniors.

Now, the second season begins. Time to prepare for South Floyd. Records are out the window and lose and go home. Enjoy this one and come ready to work on Monday.

Ram, the WLGC radio crew (Forrest and Caniff) were calling Davidson, Spradlin and Thomas names all night, they must have had a heckuva game, especially Davidson on defense in the 1st half.

Davidson is a great player and could be utilized more in my opinion, but a great player nonetheless. Spradlin and Thompson are both great players as well. Russell has the weapons, that's for sure.
