What is happening to our Rebels ? Sources close to our team say their is a divide among ranks. Insight or resolutions ? What will it take to help this team come together before its too late ?

If it's among players alot of times it's the assistant coach's that can usually find the right angle. Sure HC can say what needs to be said, but the assistant have to find the right way to reassert what's being said.

That's going to happen occasionally. A head coach needs to nip that in the bud and move on.

If this is about a player complaining about touches or playing time, then the HC coach and his assistants should have put a stop to that kind of behavior right away.

My son was once at a party where police showed up and broke up the party. When I heard about it from another parent and asked he, too, had no idea what I was talking about.

I heard thru grapevine the players are fed up with one certain player on the team. It is a player who "gets touches" and it wouldn't surprise me if he was complaining about it.
