Notice that Assad has not made the mistake Mubarak did. Assad has been brutal in dealing with masses. Mubarak was far more civilized and did not slaughter his own people. Now he is on trial for his life. And brutal Assad may still be around 10 years from now. He isn't bragging about it. He is just making a statement about the changes happening around the world. Stop wasting energy trying to make this into something it isn't. There are plenty of issues where you can truly take shots at Obama. This statement isn't one of them.
