Raceland (2-3) travels to Louisa this week to take on Lawrence Co. (1-4). The Rams are coming off a beatdown at Portsmouth East,OH. last week and I know that LCHS is better than their 1-4 record might suggest. LC has played some very good fooball teams. Neither Raceland or LC schedule to make themselves look great, they play good competition bc they choose to and there is no "backing down" to anyone with these two programs. I know that there is a ton of respect for each other and their programs.

I for one am glad to see this series renewed. Just ask any alum, former players, coaches and fans about past games with the Bulldogs and the Rams, even "Ramblers" from back in the day when Raceland had that name. There have been some true "classics" between the two.

Who wins this one?

Rams....the best thing that you can do is to put last week in the past and leave it there. Should you spend any time thinking of last week then Portsmouth East will beat you twice, last week and ths week by dwelling on last weeks loss and not getting focused on Lawrence Co..

I honestly don't know what to expect.

How about catching passes.

Play with passion.

Total team effort every play..

Qb protection.

Cut down defense mistakes.

All of that would be favorable and might help. :D

Two good schools that are better than their record show... I honestly don't know who to go with here.

Right the ship Rams! Pulling for you all down here in the Burg!

Hard to call – this could be a season defining game for both teams.

Raceland 21-20.

Can anyone say how the injury situation is for the Rams, do we have anyone out? This is about the time of years that some teams start getting banged up.

May both teams have everyone healthy and remain injury free in this one :thumb:........... and all others for that matter.

I think our 4th grade JFL team was playing defense Friday night against PEast...........naw, we hit harder and wrap up better than that. Sorry for the mix up JFLers.

Hard to go with the rams after last friday.I think i will keep my vote this week. I cant wait for them 4th graders to get here, the might hit somebody.Looks like we have about 3 kids that want to play defence. The rest of them are just filling up a uniform.
