But only because I think he'd blow his cover. He'd have spoke up about something that grates him by now. Pac silent for 15 years? No way, no how. He'd have came back destroying folks during the Shiny Suit Era of hip hop(1997-200) which ushered out The Golden Era(1991-1997) of hip hop.
