You don't get any better at all by playing easy win games. If you want to build stats and wins then play fresh and more JV games until you are ready play. BHS could have a nice winning program when they can figure out how to keep the football players from the county there playing football like they do in softball and keep losing the kids to NCC.

But hey nice win over a bunch of Class A schools keep up the great work.

Most kids from "the county" go to NewCath cause their brothers did or dad did they grew up cheering for NewCath. Brossart will not keep very many of those kids there. Would you be a Mustang and maybe go .500 or follow your older brother, neighbor, cousin, dad, and have a legit chance to win state every year. NewCath is a family you grow up a Bred from birth.

I get that 100% my kids go to HHS and they drink the blue cool-aid but for BHS some how they need to start there own tradition. Get those kids to stay in the county and they will be much better off. Thats where the Covington Diseases should steep in and put boundaries on where kids can go to school like they do in Ohio. If you live in Moeller area you have to go there or Elder you cant go to Lasalle. St X is different because they are not part of the Disease.

Ohio has no limits. Kids go to Moeller from all over the city.

Who would you like them to play, Trinity & Highlands every week? They've got some serious competition when they start the 2-A district play part of their schedule, and are honoring the multi-game contracts they signed the last couple of years. NCC wasn't built in a day, and neither will the BB football program. Let the kids enjoy a win or two against schools of their size; before heading into the reality check of district play? BB's always played an ambitious schedule in their sports' programs, and don't run from a challenge; you'll get your wish of some losses when they play NCC, HC, etc.
