Darn. If Beechwood's field was in the old location I would never have to leave the house.

I liked the old Johnson Central Stadium in 2006. High School football at it's best!

 

My personal favorite; and the concessions were the best (Raceland a close second on the eats).

 

Also enjoyed going to Rockcastle County.

 

Coldest football game I ever sat through was Mason County @ Highlands a few years back in the playoffs.

Steele Stadium- Owensboro Catholic's stadium. The sky boxes and the pregame music give it a :ylsuper:

I have been to HS stadiums all over the state and Ashland's Putnam stadium is the best in my opinion.

There are several WPA stadiums built in the mid-1930s still in use - War Memorial Stadium (Mayfield), Fulton City's stadium, Rhea Stadium (Russellville), Rash Stadium (Owensboro), and Ty Holland Stadium (Murray).

Lloyd has a great stadium and possibly the best visitor section! But I really liked Simon Kentons new look! As far as old school, Dayton, Bellevue & Newport. But there is alot of satdiums I have not seen..

For character, I think Dayton's stadium is the best. The old WPA built stands, stone concession/locker rooms and ticket window. It could use some upgrading but it is a cool old stadium.

The old mens room was pretty cool too .

Male has added a new entrance, it bow shaped purple and gold with Veteran's Memorial Stadium at the top. Its deicated to the Male grads who have served in the Armed Forces. A very nice gesture. I'll try to post a picture if I can find a son to do it. Bleachers are OK, field needs water and better paint for the yardlines. Very nice food.

I've always had great football experiences at Campbell County. And one of the best concession stands around. Friday Night Lights.
