He doesn't die from the shooting and Jax for whatever reason doesn't kill him, but he has complications from the shooting that leave him without feeling in a hand or arm. He can't ride, he can't be president. Could be a way to keep his character around still. Would be interesting to see him in a role like that. Going from the top to the bottom so quickly.

I could be wrong though. I remember Clay telling Tara to give him the letters or she and Jax will never leave Charming so I am thinking the hit is off but like I said, I could be wrong.

It'll definitely be interesting. He may even do something like live and flee with the cartel. I have a hard time believing he'll be alive at 11:07 tonight but it's definitely possible. After Opie's family and Jax's dad I just can't see either one of them not killing him. Even Gemma wants him dead. All she has to do is say the word to Unser and Clay is done. If Jax doesn't do it, Opie or Unser will. I like your scenario if Clay manages to stay alive. I reall hope Otto finds out tonight that Georgie is dead and he sold out the club for nothing and then kills himself. Or Bobby kills him. Or Lenny kills him. Or they have him killed. I hope Juice kills himself too. Or flees the witness protection program he is about to be placed in and kills Potter and Roosevelt. I hope the season ends with Tara and Gemma having a fistfight and it fades to black with both of them struggling to reach their guns and in the blackness we hear a gunshot.
December 7, 201114 yr I liked it. I hoped to see Clay dead but I am satisfied with the outcome. If there is going to be another season they have to make some things stick. *Tara/Gemma dynamic *Clay has to be alive.....and his secrets are still alive.....as are Gemma's..... *Bobby is in jail *Otto is still alive *LeRoy and his girlfriends's father will want revenge on Tig *the gun deal with the Irish *the Sons will be working with the Feds *where the heck is Opie Oh yeah....lots of things to build on for next season. I was worried if they killed Clay that the show would suffer. Now Clay is alive(physically) and there is still a ton of unresolved stuff to build on. Jax spit on Clay..........:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

I did like the significance and image of Tara standing behind Jax at the table while Gemma looks on.

She is after all the person to bring it to Charming. Also, she took a serious beating for defending her family, including Tara.
