What can you tell us about Lafayette.

 

I think some might have overvalued their win over Mason County last week, just because Mason lost so much from last year. But that was still a romp and then this week was a close match with a high quality opponent. So I'd say Lafayette is a legitimate #10 team in 6A, although I don't think they are (or will be) any higher than that.

I think Bell Co is better than most folks gave them credit for at the start of the year. Maybe losing Hilton scared people, but, looks like the new coaching regime is keeping things going strong. very nice win here by the Bobcats. Bell, Central and Tilghman looks to be quite a war abrewin' for that west side of the 3a bracket.

What can you tell us about Lafayette.

 

Big with some speed. #5 at RB is a stud and #30 at WR is a really nice player. Qb has a good arm but not very mobile. Lots of depth and speed but seemed to not like the physical play as the game wore on. They had a huge size and depth advantage over Bell.
