Coach Morrow knows how to put together and coach a basketball program.

 

However, in one man's opinion, his personal conduct and behavior as it relates to being around a basketball gym and locker room is completely out of line. IF,IF,IF he could ever stop being so incredibly demeaning and degrading to players and officials......................

I watch him one summer get thrown out a game at his gym and he told the official he wasn't leaving and that he was throwing the official out of the gym. It was crazy!

He is the self-proclaimed best coach in Kentucky, so I'm sure he won't be out a job for long.

Maybe Billy G needs an assistant down in Texas

What kind of young talent does J-town have? What was the JV record, and how young was the varsity team. I know they lost a lot in terms college signees.

Is there a county-wide athletic director? If so, then based on some of his past actions I agree that Morrow might have a hard time landing a job within Jefferson County.

Great Coach! I don't agree with the way he built the program, but what he has done at J'town has been unbelieveable! With the way he recruited he is not well-liked by other coaches. By the way he acted on the sideline he is not well-liked by officials. And I personally did not like the way he treated his players...there is a fine line between demanding and degrading and I saw him cross it several times! I am sure he cared for his players, most coaches do, but when you are the adult you should act like one. Bottom line- as a coach you always should be a positive role model!! I agree with the last post, he will have a hard time finding a job in Jefferson County - nobody wants to deal with that.. it's not worth it!! It is only high school basketball!!!
