May 10, 201115 yr Wood helps himself with an absolute bomb. The Left Fielder just turned to see how far it was hit. 3-0 good guys.
May 10, 201115 yr Woods HR was a bomb, but Ramon hit one as well. reds up 5-0 in bottom of 5th, but Stros have 2 on with 1 out.
May 10, 201115 yr Now that's the kind of performance I expect from Wood more often that not. :thumb: Maybe Cueto and Bailey's returns have been lighting a fire under the starters.
May 10, 201115 yr Travis Wood HR. Not a huge suprise, Woods can hit. The t.v. crew were talking about that earlier this season. Now that's the kind of performance I expect from Wood more often that not.I agree, he looked good.
May 10, 201115 yr Fay... Right-hander Jose Arredondo’s rehab runs out after tonight. The Reds do not have to activate him, but he can not stay on rehab. Arredondo has pitched very well. He’s 2-1 with a 2.63 ERA. He’s allowed only seven hits in 13 2/3 innings. He’s struck out 18 and walked only five. He is out of options. It’s going to be a tough call to get him on the roster, if the Reds are really set on keeping Mike Leake in the long-man role.
