May 11, 201115 yr Maybe we see Willis up with the Reds also for either Leeke or Lecure so we still have 2 Left Handers in the pen.
May 11, 201115 yr Maybe we see Willis up with the Reds also for either Leeke or Lecure so we still have 2 Left Handers in the pen. That's a possibility also. I would think they would send Leake down before they would LeCure.
May 11, 201115 yr That's a possibility also. I would think they would send Leake down before they would LeCure. Me too Lecure has looked good sofar...Chapman and Leeke would both benefit from being sent down imo...
May 11, 201115 yr Bring out the brooms tommorow. The Reds will face Wandy Rodriquez tomorrow. He has been tough on the Reds in the past. Hopefully the way Arroyo, Cueto, Wood and Bailey have pitched the last 4 games will carry over to Volquez.
May 11, 201115 yr News flash........That Votto guy can hit. I was glad to see J.Bruce tag anothr one, what a shot . That didn't go up and out, it went out!! I knew that we had a big cushion but watching Chapman I was starting to get a little concerned. I agree that he probably should go back down. An 105 mph pitch in the dirt is a ball, four of them is a high speed walk. Chapman wasn't remotely close to the plate tonight, he looked lost out there. At any rate, was great to get another W, hopefully the Reds can sweep their way back home tommorrow afternoon and be on a big roll with that team wearing red and black that plays under the worlds largest McGonalds arch comes to town.
May 11, 201115 yr Dusty says Louisville is not an option for Chapman. I would hope that thowing the baseball over the plate gets to be an option, just a thought.

May 11, 201115 yr ^ I won't make fun of that, those are serious. Anything else on the man who invented the game is o.k. though, lol.
May 11, 201115 yr Stubbs CF Renteria SS Votto 1B Phillips 2B Gomes LF Hernandez C Bruce RF Janish 3B Volquez P
May 11, 201115 yr From the look of the stats, today might have been a good day to give Stubbs or Bruce the day off.
May 11, 201115 yr Reds starters have went 23 straight innings without allowing a run....Wonder how long it'll take Volquez to blow that up...I give him an inning tops.
