March 11, 201115 yr When Twitter first came out I passed on it. I didn't care to give 140 character updates. However, I then started seeing that many columnists and news organizations jumped on so I did as well. I now often get my news first on Twitter . I also follow various musical artists I like as well as TV shows. Who else tweets?
March 11, 201115 yr I'm on there. Some tweeters can get tiresome (Chad OchoCinco, Bomani Jones, etc.) but overall I enjoy it. It's the best place to get breaking information, IMO.

The funniest guy who tweets about sports is a writer for Letterman named Eric Stangel. Van Pelt (notthefakesvp) is also good. Michael Rosenberg from the Detroit Free Press is good/funny (rosenberg_mike). If you want to follow high school sports Jody Demling is good (jdemling).
March 11, 201115 yr I've been on Twitter for a while. Especially when it comes to sports, news breaks first on Twitter. Everything you see on the local news sports segment are broken on Twitter hours before.

I started using a new app on the BB called SocialScope that I like a lot. Allows me to see and update both Twitter and FB from the same app.

Tweetcaster Pro is my favorite app. It's user friendly and it has the option to update facebook from it, but I've never really used the feature. I just update my Facebook from my Facebook app.
March 11, 201115 yr I've been on Twitter for about a year or more now. I seem to be with the majority in that I don't tweet all the much, but enjoy following people. @freedarko and @ericfreeman have been great for NBA stuff.
