If you want to show replays, go back to the traveling turnover call that was reversed in favor of Cooper because of the late time out called after the fact. Don't make this games outcome to be the fault of the ref, because they were off and on all night. Cooper Jaguars played so well and I would rather hear compliments on how much each one of those kids improved and played above what most people probably expected. Coach Sullivan has done a great job with this team, and IMO will continue to make Cooper into a winning program in the future.

I don't want to get into a whining about calls debate call for call, but the ref ruled that the coach called the TO before the travel. How can that be after the fact? You have no clue when that TO was called. It may have looked late, but the ref right away said it was before the violation. The ref that called the walk had no clue when the TO was called because he was 50 feet from Sullivan. There were questionable calls all game obviously and there will be questionable calls, but when it's under 10 seconds left and it changes the lead it will get the most attention.

Let's just say that the "foul" would not have been called. Can anyone honestly say what the outcome would have been? Who would have gotten the rebound on the missed shot? What if a Boone player gets the rebound and gets a stick back? What if Cooper gets the rebound and a Boone player fouls him? What if Cooper misses the free throws? I mean, really........can anyone really know what would have happened? It may have been a bad call, but to say that Cooper would have automatically won if it was not called is just being presumptuous imo.

That's why you play the game and hope the refs don't try to decide the outcome. I would never believe it was intentionaly called wrong, but very unfortunate for Cooper.

When I first watched this I assumed the foul was called on the Cooper player behind McQueary. However, in watching the replay it looks like he calls it on #5 who was moving with Downs. In discussing this with others and speculating as to what the official saw from his angle I guess it's possible he thought #5 pushed him with his lower body. You'll notice #5's hip jut out. Sounds reasonable.
