Big win foe Dixie. Once again they prove why they're the top team in the region.

Does anyone have box score? I am curious to see how many Trammel ended with. He had a great game on senior night.

Downs did not play due to illness but Pitts stepped up knocking down two 3's and hitting a couple shots on penetration for Boone and handled the point pretty well. Trevan Brown is an absolute beast on the inside for the Rebels. Matt Trammel had a big game on senior night minus a couple turnovers at the end and even on one of his "off" nights, Brandon Hatton shows why he is one of the best players in the region.

who had 18? Trammel or Hatton?

Trammel, not positive about Hatton but I'd say it was probably right around the same.

Give credit to Jakeith. Boone didn't seem to miss a beat with him .

 

Great job defensively by Dixie taking away Zane's ability to shoot the 3.

I was thrilled to see my man Jordan Hassel hit the 3 to end the first half. Stepped right into the shot and nailed it. Dixie needs more of that from him. Strong athlete. Plays good D.

Shout out to Coach Chevalier as well as Coach McQueary for doing the right thing tonight. The Armbruster kid from Dixie has struggled with injury for a couple of years which has limited his participation. Both coaches and the officials agreed to let Dixie sub in Armbruster if one of the Dixie guards went to the line. Very nice gesture, gentlemen.

Dixie is the prohibitive favorite going into next week's districts and regional. 24-3 regular season puts them in a great position to win their 1st regional title in > 50 years. I read in the paper this a.m. that DH hasn't won the region since 1957.
