Great pics Panda! My question is aren't there more games to be played at the jv level after this tourney?

Conner JV is lead by coach Blake Clary, they start four sophomores and one junior, Maggie Clark, Margo Goetting, Samantha Porter, Emily Pluto and one junior Kayla Pompilio. Key support players are Casey Fairchild, Jenna Buck (starter before getting injured), Stephanie McMillian, and three freshman, Mattie Myers, Brook Maines and Sydney Himes. I do apologize if I have misspelled someones name. The team is 12/4 and are having an exciting season. Conner has a bright future.

NDA JV starters Sophomores...# 10 Sydney Schuler, 13 Kindsey Bernhard, 21 Erin Mayer, and Freshman 20 Paige Kellam and 24 Carlee Clemons...Key support players for the pandas...Sophomores #2 Nina Butler, 12 Jamie Bramlage, 14 Erica Meier, and #44 Andrea Baxter and Freshman...#15 Sydney Humphrey, and 34 Abby Rees. Not sure exactly how many games the JV team has played, but they have lost 1 game to Sacred Heart of Louisville.

Boone only had 3 losses - two to NDA, and the one-pointer to Conner in the JV semifinal, which, frankly, they could have won if they did not try to shoot the ball with the lead and 20 seconds to go. All good teams, however. I think NDA especially was very good this year. NCC also had a good team. Kiernan was most impressive for them. All 4 of these teams have some good players who will help their varsity teams next year. Looks like Ryle also has a decent JV team.

Great win Pandas. I dont know names, but I do recogonize some the girls faces that played against my daughter earlier in the yr during a Varsity game. Man, the Pandas just keep winning at all levels. Great job.

 

If you recognized them you must have seen them in the stands. Only one girl, #13, on the JV team dresses varsity and she didn't start dressing until after Christmas. Not sure why more of the JV players don't dress.

She is not playing JV just Varsity. Has been doing this for quite some time.

Yes she was but after christmas she was moved strictly varsity.

Teams drop players down every year in this tourney and it never pays dividends. It seems to disrupt the team getting the varsity player and the varsity player has little motivation to step into the JV games. My opinion.

One thing I noticed was the uniformity of both teams all the way down to the shoes. You don't see that too often.

You have a keen eye Neerfan. I took the pictures and didn't even notice that. I bet that's a lot of shoe business and we all know there is no business like shoe business.
